BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Aug. 5-26. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Aug. 5

Joshua Kimball, 23, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on High Street.

Aug. 7

David Burch, 45, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Waldo Ave. 

Brian Larrabee, 40, of Searsport, was issued summonses for criminal trespass and violating a condition of release on Main Street.

Aug. 13

Wayne Lawrence, 43, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on High Street. 

Aug. 24 

Clover E. Vega, 37, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence.
