    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 21-27. 

    Rock A. Chase, 62, of Hartland, solicitation of a child in Unity July 17, 2020, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Unity July 17, 2020, $1,000 fine. 

    Libby M. Emerson, 28, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 9, 2020, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast Sept. 9, 2020, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

    Ross C. Liberty, 30, of Fairfield, probation violation in Swanville March 30, 2021, 47 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Richard A.J. Bock, 20, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast Dec. 8, 2021, six months in jail with all suspended and one year of probation; violating a protection from abuse order in Waldo County March 12, 2022, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Waldo County March 12, 2022, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Waldo County March 12, 2022, dismissed. 

    Rhiannon Welch, 45, of Waterville, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County Sept. 12, 2021, four years in prison and $400 fine. 

    Daniel P. Crowe, 44, of Portland, domestic violence criminal threatening in Frankfort March 29, 2022, two years in prison with all but 90 days suspended and two years of probation; domestic violence terrorizing  in Frankfort March 29, 2022, 90 days in jail; criminal mischief in Frankfort March 29, 2022, 90 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Frankfort March 29, 2022, $250 fine; operating under the influence in Searsport March 5, 2022, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport March 5, 2022, $250 fine; improper contact with a victim due to pre-bail conditions, in Frankfort March 28, 2022, 90 days in jail. 

    Brian W. Larrabee 41, of Belfast, violating a protection from abuse order in Searsport May 27, 2022, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Searsport May 27, six months in jail; improper contact with a victim due to pre-bail conditions in Belfast June 2, six months in jail; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Belfast July 19, six months in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast July 19, six months in jail; domestic violence assault in Searsport July 17, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsport July 17, six months in jail; violating a protection from abuse order in Searsport July 17, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsport July 17, 30 days in jail and $450 restitution; criminal trespass in Belfast Aug. 7, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 7, dismissed; assault in Searsport Nov. 7, five years in prison with all but nine months suspended and two years of probation; domestic violence assault in Searsport Nov. 7, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Searsport Nov. 7, six months in jail; violating a protection from abuse order in Searsport Nov. 7, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Searsport Nov. 7, six months in jail..

    Brennan A. Albano, 21, of Thorndike, unlawful sexual contact in Thorndike Nov. 20, 2021, 364 days in jail with all suspended and one year of probation.

    Kyle F. Rayeski, 31, of Burnham, probation violation in Burnham July 19, 60 days in jail and probation partially revoked; assault in Burnham Dec. 4, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Burnham Dec. 4, 30 days in jail; reckless conduct in Burnham Dec. 4, 30 days in jail. 

    Doris M. Gifford, 57, of Van Buren, arson in Montville Sept. 7, five years in prison with all but nine months suspended and three years of probation. 

    Richard A. Berrier, 39, of Pittsfield, arson in Montville Sept. 7, three years in prison with all but six months suspended and three years of probation.

    Andrew D. Webster, 52, of Monroe, two counts of theft by receiving stolen property in Searsport Sept. 21, 2020, and March 18, 2022, both counts dismissed. 

    Joan M. Maddocks, 65, of Northport, violating a protection from harassment order in Northport Nov. 2, 10 days in jail; operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 29, seven days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 30, seven days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a  condition of release in Belfast Jan. 30, seven days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 31, 10 days in jail. 

    Thomas Miner, 31, of Unity, domestic violence aggravated assault in Unity Nov. 13, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Unity Nov. 13, dismissed. 

    Randall M. Perkins, 56, of Bangor, operating under the influence in Stockton Springs Nov. 13, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Stockton Springs Nov. 13, $150 fine. 

    Matthew Warren, 38, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Swanville Aug. 19, license suspended for 150 days and $1,000 fine. 

    Austin C. Podziewski, 37, of Rockland, trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast Oct. 23, dismissed. 

    Asher Gifford, 61, of Montville, failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Montville Sept. 9, unconditional discharge. 

    Robert S. Gerry, 47, of Unity, domestic violence assault in Unity Feb. 27, six months in jail with all but two days suspended and two years of probation. 

    Cameron M. Starkey, 30, of Troy, failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Troy Oct. 9, six months in jail. 

    Paul Berez, 61, of Camden, operating after registration suspension in Jackson Jan. 14, $150 fine.
