Sen. David Miramant on Chris Wolf Show — bird optional

Tue, 02/23/2016 - 9:00pm

If you live in one of the municipalities represented by Maine State Sen. Dave Miramant, D-Camden, this is your chance to ask him questions and learn more about what his job entails and what it means to serve on the Marine Resources Committee.

Miramant will be the guest on the Chris Wolf Show Wednesday, Feb. 24. He represents Senate District 12, which includes Appleton, Camden, Criehaven Twp., Cushing, Friendship, Hope, Isle au Haut, Matinicus Isle Plantation, Muscle Ridge Islands Township, North Haven, Owl's Head, Rockland, Rockport, South Thomaston, St. George, Thomaston, Union, Vinalhaven and Warren.

The public is invited to call in or email questions during the show. If you're outside his district, you'll want to watch or listen to the show because being a member of the Senate, he is involved in matters statewide. If you're a Democrat, you might want to tell him how he’s doing representing the party. If you're a Republican, or an Independent, you might want to do the same.

As a member of the Marine Resources Committee, he will probably have much information about what's happening at the state level with our marine resources and fisheries.

You can just listen or watch, or if you have any questions or comments on the day of broadcast, call 207-594-0013 between 8 and 9 a.m., or email Wolf before or during the show at TheChrisWolfShow@gmail.com. If you request, you can be anonymous.

To listen, tune your radio dial to WRFR 99.3 FM Camden or 93.3 FM Rockland. It can also be streamed live at WRFR.org or TuneIn.com (http://tunein.com/radio/Radio-Free-Rockland-933-s14055), or on the TuneIn app on your iPhone or Android.

To watch the show live, go to MaineCoast.tv/streaming, or watch later on Channel 7. Maine Coast TV is located on Time Warner Channel 7 on converter boxes and set top boxes, and on Channel 121-7 on digital TVs without set top boxes. The broadcast is available to all Time Warner subscribers in Knox County, including the islands of North Haven and Vinalhaven. The recorded show will be available for watching later at MaineCoast.tv.

The Chris Wolf Show is broadcast Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with news from PenBayPilot.com. The Chris Wolf Show is a joint project of Penobscot Bay Pilot/PenBayPilot.com, WRFR FM Community Radio and Maine Coast TV Community Television.
