Dreams are an important part of developing our intuition. We dream every night (sometimes we don't remember) and our dreams are unique each time but may contain symbols that are familiar. When we dream we receive messages about the goings on in our lives — they help us to navigate through our day-to-day. For instance, if you dream about a key, that means that there will be doors to opportunity opening up for success.

When paying attention to dreams notice what symbols come up and if there are symbols that show up over and over these are called recurring dreams. Some common dream symbols are flying, sailing, eating, being naked in public and driving a car. Dreams contain a lot of emotion and the symbolic nature of the information helps us process upcoming events in our waking lives.
