The Annual Lobster & More community event returns to The Lincoln Home Saturday, August 10, with a lively five member bluegrass band, The Sandy River Ramblers.  The fundraiser will be held 4-7pm under a large tent, rain or shine.  Mouthwatering Maine lobsters, barbecue chicken, clams, Damariscotta River oysters, corn on the cob, potato and pasta salads, and delicious blueberry cake will be served. Wine, beer and a soecialty drink will be available for purchase.

 

Advance tickets are recommended and can be purchased by credit card on line at www.lincoln-home.or/events or by calling 207-563-3350 to reserve and pay by cash, check or Venmo upon pick up. Tickets are $55 for lobster or chicken, $65 for both lobster and chicken and kids under 5 get a free hot dog meal.  All proceeds go to the Resident’s Financial Assistance Fund.  The Lincoln Home is a non-profit assisted living community, sitting on the banks of the Damariscotta River at 22 River Road, in Newcastle.
