BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Sept. 27 - Oct. 9.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Sept. 27

Shannon L. Small, 47, of Searsport, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and theft on  Lincolnville Ave. 

Oct. 5

Douglas N. Macgown, 75, of  Bar Harbor, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a property damage crash on Lincolnville Ave.
