Ticketing and Rental Shop Manager
The Town of Camden is seeking a
highly motivated and effective
manager to fill the role of
Ticketing and Rental Shop
Manager (fulltime - seasonal).
This individual works under the
direction of the Director of
Parks and Recreation in
overseeing and leading the
operation of ticketing and
equipment rentals at the Camden
Snow Bowl, a ski area that
receives 35,000 visits each
winter and is the hub of
year-round outdoor recreation
for the citizens of Camden and
beyond. The Ticketing and Rental
Shop Manager is responsible
for: hiring, scheduling,
tracking hours, and managing
seasonal employees for the
ticketing desk and ski and
snowboard rental shop;
Maintaining an equipment
inventory; Establishing and
maintaining a friendly and
helpful atmosphere for employees
and guests. This is a seasonal
position that requires some
occasional part-time work in the
fall before the ski area opens,
a flexible work schedule during
the ski season, and some
limited part-time work after the
season ends to analyze data and
prepare the equipment orders
for the following year. To
