Mid-Coast School of Technology names three January students of the month

ROCKLAND — Mid-Coast School of Technology announced its January Students of the Month, and they include seniors Isaiah Harriman and Liam Thomas, and Madison Winslow, a sophomore at the school.
Harriman, of Union, studies graphic design, and has mastered a wide range of digital and production techniques. School officials said that he has been a tireless supporter of MCST, creating posters, banners, yearbook spreads and T-shirts to promote the school. His designs can be seen out in the community, such as the new logo for Penobscot Language School.
Thomas, of Vinalhaven, is a dedicated and engaged marine technician student. He contributes to the class and is interested in his classmate's progress, and he was also recognized for following through on his work outside of class, as well as showing strong improvement over the course of the year.
Winslow, of Camden, loves to cook and it shows every day. “She enjoys a challenge and rises to every occasion,” said the school in a news release about the three honorees.
