Eleanor J. Brugger, 27, of Freedom, violating conditions of release in Rockport Aug. 30, 15 days in jail; operating under the influence in Rockport Aug. 30, $700 fine, 30 days in jail and license suspended for three years.

Steven E. Clarke, 48, of Owls Head, disorderly conduct in Owls Head July 15, 2011, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Owls Head July 15, 2011, six months in jail.

Michael Feraco, 41, of Rockland, domestic violence assault in Rockport June 28, 2010, dismissed; disorderly conduct in Rockland June 28, 2012, $300 fine.

Mark Fitzgerald, 37, of Rockland, attaching false plates in Warren June 5, $150 fine.

Heather R. Gray, 37, of Hope, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockport Aug. 26, $500 fine.

Paul W. Harriman, 53, of Hope, driving to endanger in Hope June 24, 2011, dismissed.

David Hidden, 74, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence in Union Aug. 26, dismissed.

Roberts Brandon Jimenez, 20, of Waldoboro, sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Warren Aug. 12, $300 fine.

Ryan M. Jordan, no age given, of Turner, allowing dog to be at large in Camden Aug. 3, dismissed.

Nadya Kocak, 30, of Camden, sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Rockland Jan. 12, $300 fine.

Clarence Lawrence, 34, of Searsmont, commercial shellfishing without a license in Vinalhaven Aug. 7, $232 fine.

Paul A. Mahonen Jr., 34, of South Thomaston, violating conditions of release in Union June 15, dismissed.

Peter M. Mallow, 51, of Liberty, operating under the influence in Knox County Aug. 4, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.

Logan A. Mitchell, 20, of East Norfolk, Conn., minor consuming liquor in Camden Aug. 31, $200 fine.

Elizabeth K. Nottingham, 32, of Washington, operating under the influence in Union May 21, $750 fine, 72 hours in jail and license suspended for 90 days.

Joshua Leigh Ross, 25, of Thomaston, disorderly conduct in Rockland Aug. 19, dismissed; disorderly conduct in Rockland Aug. 19, $500 fine.

Jared J. Small, 35, of Norridgewock, violating conditions of release in Rockland Sept. 5, 30 days in jail.

Joel F. Shyanne York, 15, of Rockland, operating a vehicle without a license in Rockland Aug. 11, $150 fine.
