BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Sept. 16-27.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Sept. 16

Austin Patocki, 34, of Monroe, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Marsh Steam Road in Frankfort.

Sept. 17

David Carlow, 34, of Belfast, was arrested for probation revocation and failure to appear 

Sept. 18

William L. Pelletier, 31, of Carmel, criminal speed on Moosehead Trail in Jackson. 

Ryan P. Hartley, 31, of Hermon, criminal speed on Moosehead Trail in Jackson. 

Sept. 24

Bryton Cook, 27, of Knox, was issued a summons for criminal speed on N. Palermo Road in Freedom.
