Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Sept. 12-19.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Sept. 12
Nicholas Chauvin, 44, of Knox, was arrested for domestic violence aggravated assault and violating a condition of release.
Hunter J. Simmons, 21, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating without a license on High Street.
Sept. 14
Joshua M. Depree, 39, of Portland, was issued summons for operating after suspension on Front Street.
Donald A. Moore, 57, of Liberty, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with an expired driver's license on Swan Lake Ave.
Sept. 17
Donovan O. Conary, 27, of Swanville, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear.
