Luis C. Pfeiffer, obituary
CAMDEN — Luis C. Pfeiffer, 49, born Luis Chavarria-Pecado, in Managua Nicaradua on November 10, 1973, died of liver failure and related complications at Maine Medical Center in Portland on June 16, 2023.
He is survived by his father, Carl Pfeiffer, who lived with him at Quarry Hill, Anderson Inn, in Camden; his brother, Darren, of Maryland; and his devoted friend, Andria Edman of Brunswick.
Luis was adopted by Carl and Brigitte Pfeiffer at the age of 9 months, and lived in Maryland with his adoptive parents and brothers, Ira and Darren, during his early years. Luis had many interests, including music, computer graphics, video production, and video games. He studied music and video production at Montgomery College, Maryland, after which he was employed by the Video Editor, of Rockville, Maryland.
Since moving to Maine with his parents in 2002, he lived in Rockport, and recently, Camden. He worked for Maine Gold and, for the past 8 years, at Walmart, as a cashier and Optician Assistant.
Throughout his life, Luis was loved by everyone who knew him. He brought sunshine to our lives and will be missed dearly by all, including his cat, Minky.
