BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity May 30 - June 8.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
May 30
Skyler J. Moody, 21, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for criminal speed and operating after suspension on Harriman Road in Swanville.
May 31
Kristle Staples, 42, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Mt. Ephraim Road in Searsport.
Hector Bohan, 33, of Searsport, was issued summonses for possession of a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release on Mt. Ephraim Road in Searsport
June 1
Joseph Harris, 43, of Camden, was arrested for violating a protection order on Ward Road in Prospect.
June 2
Christopher R. LaPointe, 36, of Swanville, was issued summonses for assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, violating conditions of release, and domestic violence assault on Route 131 in Waldo.
