Waldo County Sheriff’s beat
BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Feb. 16 - March 8.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Feb. 16
Ricky Seekins, 51, of Brooks, was issued summonses for failure to stop, violating a condition of release, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Sullivan Road in Jackson.
Ashleigh Gibbs, 33, of Brooks, was issued summonses for two counts of violating a condition of release, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Sullivan Road in Jackson.
Feb. 17
Kimberly Shahan, 32, of Etna, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and failure to report an accident on Monroe Road in Winterport.
Feb. 21
Christopher Seekins, 28, of Belfast, was issued summonses for refusing to submit to arrest or detention and violating a condition of release on Sullivan Road in Jackson, stemming from an incident Feb. 16. Seekins was also issued a summons for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug.
Feb. 22
Robert Daigle, 40, of Frankfort, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Laffin Road in Frankfort.
Feb. 27
Robert Gerry, 47, of Unity, was issued a summons for domestic violence assault on Town Farm Road in Unity.
March 4
Lisa Parkhurst, 52, of Searsport, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Route 1 in Searsport.
