BELFAST The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Feb. 12-28.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Feb. 12
Autumn Hobbs, 18, of Winterport, was issued a summons for illegal possession of liquor by a minor on Loggin Road in Frankfort.
Feb. 14
Brian Knight, 50, of Freedom, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Greeley Road in Freedom.
Feb. 15
Steven Kenney, 66, of Brooks, was arrested for operating under the influence on Lang Hill Highway in Brooks.
Feb. 17
Tyler Robertson, 29, of Hampden, was issued summonses for criminal mischief, theft, burglary, on Route 1A in Winterport
Feb 19
Heath Prior, 38, if Cushing, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating a condition of release on Brooks Road in Brooks.
Feb. 24
Kenneth I. Frazee, 23, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on N. Main Street in Winterport.
Nicholas Chauvin, 42, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention, domestic violence criminal threatening, domestic violence aggravated assault on School Street in Unity.
Eloy Santizaguilar, 25, of Harwick, Vermont, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Unity Road in Thorndike.
Feb. 25
Joshua Chase, 37, of Pittsfield, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on N. Horseback Road in Burnham.
