David A.M. Bowring, 32, of Clinton, probation violation in Burnham May 27, 2019, 11 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Michael J. Carter, 41, of Frankfort, domestic violence assault in Winterport July 10, 2020, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport July 12, 2020, $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Winterport July 18, 2020, $500 fine. 

Jacob T. Grass, 36, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Belfast March 14, 2020, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast March 14, 2020, dismissed; reckless conduct in Belfast March 14, 2020, $300 fine. 

Andrew J. Dinsmore, 50, of Washington, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident in Liberty March 12, 2020, dismissed. 

Justin Bearce, 33, of Winslow, unlawful sexual contact in Winterport Feb. 12, 2011, dismissed; unlawful sexual touching in Winterport Feb. 15, 2011, six months in jail and one year of probation. 

Bernard D. Ginn Jr., 62, of Winterport, domestic violence terrorizing in Winterport July 30, 2021, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Winterport July 30, 2021, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport July 30, 2021, unconditional discharge. 

Dennis C. Davis III, 23, of Unity, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Unity  Aug. 28, 2021, dismissed.

Andrew Gould, 20, of Belfast, probation violation in Belfast Aug. 2, 2021, 43 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued; operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 9, five days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 9, $250 fine. 

Andrew Armstrong, 37, of Northport, probation violation in Morrill Dec. 12, 2021, 120 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Kirk Wing, 46, of Bangor, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport Dec. 21, 2021, nine months in jail; violating a condition of release in Searsport Dec. 21, 2021, 30 days in jail. 

Timothy C. Sweetland, 46, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville Dec. 29, dismissed; driving to endanger in Swanville Dec. 29, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; violating a protection from abuse order in Belfast April 15, 72 hours in jail. 

Tiffany Hart, 34, of Rockland, failure to stop, remain, or render aid in a personal injury crash in Lincolnville May 4, 10 days in jail; driving to endanger in Lincolnville May 4, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 30 days, and $575 fine. 

Kevin S. Defoe, 33, of Appleton, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 14, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Sept. 14, $250 fine.

Zacahriah Bormet, 23, of Belmont, failing to stop, remain, or render aid in a personal injury accident in Belfast Aug. 12, $250 fine; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Belfast Aug. 12, $250 fine. 

Tricia Harrell, 32, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Oct. 7, $100 fine.

Jonathan Wargo, 31, of Searsport, hunting birds with a shotgun with more than three shells in Stockton Springs Oct. 1, $100 fine.

Cody Bruneau, 26, of Anson, hunting birds with a shotgun with more than three shells in Troy Oct. 1, $100 fine.
