Lawrence Pearse, obituary
LINCOLNVILLE and BROOKSVILLE, Florida — Lawrence Pearse, 62, died unexpectedly October 26, 2020 at Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, Florida.
Born in California, Lawrence moved as a young boy to Lincolnville. Growing up in the Lincolnville/Camden area he attended Pen Bay Christian Academy and later graduated from Camden High School. A hard worker his entire life, Larry worked for over 26 years with the Camden Fire Department and for 30 with Fisher Engineering.
On April 18, 1992, Lawrence married his best friend, Denise.
Larry loved watching football and was an avid NASCAR fan. He particularly enjoyed following his favorite driver, Richard Petty and was thrilled when he had the opportunity to meet him. Going to drag-races with his wife, especially watching her get the chance to meet her favorite racer was another special moment. More than anything he loved spending time with his grandchildren, whether wrestling on the floor with them, or just talking about muscle cars, they were his whole world.
He enjoyed being outdoors, camping and spending time on the beach. In February 2020, he and Denise moved to Florida where they enjoyed going for drives and exploring the area.
Larry will be sadly missed by all who loved him.
