BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 22-28. 

Adrienne Burleson, 74, of Swanville, reckless conduct in Waldo July 15, 2021, dismissed; driving to endanger in Waldo July 15, 2021, dismissed; criminal mischief in Waldo July 15, 2021, dismissed.

Edwin R. Baird, 53, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 24, 2022, dismissed. 

Robert G. Schmidt Jr., 58, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a valid license in Winterport Sept. 30, 2022, dismissed. 

Juanita Palmer, 43, of Stockton Springs, failing to make an oral or written accident  report in Searsport July 22, dismissed. 

Robert Debeck, 24, of Belfast, 12 counts of animal cruelty in Belfast Oct. 20, all dismissed. 

Damon Z. Danforth, 18, of Swanville, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Sept. 30, $250 fine. 

Rachel E. Gardner, 39, of Winterport, assault in Winterport Dec. 25 dismissed. 

Crystal Beckim, 39, of Waterville, domestic violence assault in Unity Dec. 31, dismissed; assault in Unity Dec. 31, 24 hours in jail and $300 fine; criminal mischief in Unity Dec. 31, 24 hours in jail. 

William N. Wheeler Jr., 55, of Burnham, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Burnham March 23, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Burnham March 23, 48 hours in jail.
