Crystal G. Cunningham, 32, of Searsport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Liberty July 9, 2021, four years in prison with all suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine.
Justin Bearce, 34, of Winslow, probation violation in Winterport Feb. 15, 2011, probation continued, no sentence imposed.
Jeremy Greatorex, 45, of Swanville, three counts unlawful possession of a scheduled drug Belfast April 8, 2021, 90 days in jail and $400 fine for each count; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Swanville Oct. 17, 2021, 90 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Swanville Oct. 17, 2021, 90 days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Aug. 21, $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 21, unconditional discharge.
Timothy Williams Jr., 32, of Clinton, domestic violence aggravated assault in Unity July 6, four years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation; domestic violence criminal threatening in Unity July 6, six months in jail; domestic violence assault in Unity July 6, six months in jail.
Kimberly Profenno, 62, of Searsport, criminal trespass in Searsport Sept. 20, $150 fine; criminal trespass in Swanville Oct. 27, $150 fine; violating a condition of release in Swanville Oct. 27, $150 fine.
Janita S. Marks, 59, of Hallowell, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity (Aug. 28 and Aug. 31) $100 fine and $38 restitution for count one, and $100 fine for count two.
Steven Duprey, 20, of Burnham, failing to stop for an officer in Burnham Oct. 31, $300 fine; driving to endanger in Burnham Oct. 31, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.
Nicholas T. Ripley, 25, of Belfast, failing to report in Belfast Nov. 20, 48 hours in jail.
