BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity July 12-26.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
July 12
Ashley A. Cook, 25, of Waldo, was issued a summons for assault on Route 132.
July 15
Donovon Conary, 27, of Swanville, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Nickerson Road in Swanville.
July 20
Hayden W. Thibeault, 22, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for driving to endanger on Camden Road in Lincolnville.
July 23
Marquail D. Paise, 29, of Farmington, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on School Street in Unity; Paise was arrested July 25, charged with violating a condition of release and operating without a license on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks. July 25.
July 25
Katrina Paquette, 51, of China, was arrested for violating a condition of release and criminal trespass in Palermo.
