BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Nov. 21 - Dec. 15.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Nov. 21
Jacob M. Smith, 18, of Union, was issued a summons for assault on Quiet Way in Liberty.
Nov. 22
Curdt Gowen, 20, of Appleton, was issued a summons for domestic violence terrorizing on Main Road N. in Frankfort.
Dec. 5
Madalaine Towne, 18, of Winterport, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Rancourt Road in Winterport.
Dec. 6
Reina L. Lawrence, 18, of Morrill, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Stream Road in Winterport
Dec. 7
Zacahariah W. Bormet, 24, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of vail on Swan Lake Avenue in Swanville.
Corey Caulkins, 44, of Winterport, was arrested for violating a protection order and violating a condition of release.
Dec. 9
Jennifer L. Atwood, 43, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Main Street in Stockton Springs.
