BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Oct. 20-27. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Oct. 20

Matthew J. Sullivan, 45, of Brewer, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks. 

Oct. 21

Anthony W. Glidden, 58, of Frankfort, was arrested for domestic violence assault and violating a condition of release on Murray Road. 

Oct. 22

Sarah M. Smith, 48, of Waterville, was issued a summons for operating with suspended registration on Waterville Road in Unity. 

Oct. 25

Scott A. Moores, 44, of Swanville, was arrested for probation revocation.
