ROCKLAND — Nonprofit organization, Trekkers, will host its annual road race fundraiser from its headquarters in Rockland again this year. The Trekkers 5K Run/Walk race will take place Sunday, June 2, 2024, at 325 Old County Road. 

Registration for the race is open. Proceeds from ticket sales will go to Trekkers and students will be fundraising to support their program dues. Dues help pay for the cost of the program and go towards transportation, lodging, meals, and activities for students while on expedition and throughout the year. 

When: Sunday, June 2, 2024. Check-in: 7:00AM – 8:00AM, Start: 8:30AM

Where: Start and Finish at Trekkers – 325 Old County Road 

Costs: $25 through May 29 at 5 p.m. Free T-shirt to people who register by May 10. $35 Race Day. 

Proceeds: 100% of entry donations support Trekkers. 100% of pledges support student dues. 

Breakfast treats will be donated by Flipside Coffee and enjoyed while awards and prizes are distributed after the race.

This year’s race T-shirt design was designed by design and strategy firm, naretiv, and printed by Adventure Advertising.
