ROCKPORT — Tai Chi II builds off the moves learned in Tai Chi for Wellness with more complex forms that help build strength and balance.

The class meets Tuesdays, February 26 – April 16, from 10 to 11 a.m., at Nativity Lutheran Church, 179 Old County Road, Rockport.

(No class March 12)

Completion of Tai Chi for Wellness is a pre-requisite for participating in this class. $45.50 registration fee is required.
