SOLD OUT! Dancing With the Local Stars show tonight
CAMDEN — The sixth annual Dancing With the Local Stars show tonight is officially a sold out performance. Andrea Vassalo of the Wayfinder Schools and Community Farm said the last ticket was sold at 5:30 a.m. Friday. There is now a waiting list to get in to see numerous dance numbers that includes special performances by local “celebrities.”
The one-performance 7 p.m. show at the Camden Opera House features Swing & Sway Dancing and Kinetic Energy Alive with local stars:
Rafi Baeza, Mimi Bornstein, Allie Bowen, Staci Coomer, Kerry Hadley, Justin Hills, Robin Jordan, Colin Page, Jennifer Ross-Boshes and Amanda Strong.
In his fourth year as emcee will be Gordon Page.
Kea Tesseyman of Kinetic Energy Alive is scheduled to join her own group and members of the Wayfinder Schools for an unforgettable robot dance. Swing & Sway’s owner/instructor, Christian Clayton, will be joined by his instructors, Jessica Libby and Steven Dones-Rogers, to dance with several of the local stars.
Other dancers and groups slated to add to tonight’s performance will be Nathifa Shakti, Atlantic Ballet Company, Rockport Dance Conservatory, Studio Red, Shana Bloomstein and Korinn’s Dance.
