ROCKLAND- Rockland Main Street, Inc. announced this week that applications for street vendors are available for the annual Summer Solstice Celebration.

Featuring street vendors, artisans, live music and other performers during an afternoon of family fun, the Summer Solstice Celebration Street Party is scheduled for Saturday june 15 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Following the street party will be an adults-only dock party at Journey’s End Marina, featuring the Outerspace Band, and DJ Dan Miller.

A production of Rockalnd Main Street, Inc., the Summer Solstice Celebration is sponsored in part by Journey’s End Marina, the Grasshopper Shop of Rockland, LCI Communications and Bud Light.

New this year during the Street Party is the Rockland Sculpture Race.

Both events are open and free to the public, and more information will be released in early June.
