ROCKLAND — Harbor Park, in Rockland, will be closed to all traffic Sunday, March 10 through Monday morning, March 11, due to forecasted rain and wind that could potentially cause flooding along the coast. 

“Please, for your safety avoid the area,” said the City of Rockland, in a news release.
