ROCKLAND — Noel C. Oakes went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Wednesday, October 9, 2024, just three days shy of his 99th birthday; he was surrounded by his loving family.

Family and friends are invited to visit Thursday, October 17, 2024, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock Street, Rockland. 

A Home-Going Celebration will be held Friday, October 18, 2024, at 1 p.m., at Littlefield Memorial Baptist Church, 1 Waldo Avenue, Rockland.
