    Jillian D. Richards, 34, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, and unlawful possession of fentanyl powder, with priors, in Rockland, both dismissed; violating condition of release in Rockland April 30, 2023, $400 fine, restitution $6.98; violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and unlawful possession of scheduled drug all in Rockland April 30, 2023, $400 fine all suspended.
