Arlene A. Condon, 48, of Washington, operating under the influence (drugs or combination), with one prior, in Washington April 30, 2021, dismissed; operating under the influence (drugs or combination) in Washington April 30, 2021, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

Craig A. Curtis, 26, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston Jan. 15, 2024, unconditional discharge.

Darrell Degreenia, 60, of Union, harassment by telephone, two counts, in Union March 30, 2018 and April 27, 2018, 180 days in jail for each count; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal trespass, and violating condition of release all in Washington June 8, 2023, all guilty.

Maura Diprete, 67, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Camden May 23, 2022, dismissed; driving to endanger in Camden May 23, 2022, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Joshua Alan Drinkwater, 39, of Rockland, violating condition of release in Rockland June 27, 2021, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop in Rockland June 27, 2021, $250 fine.

Michael Duffy, 40, of Camden, domestic violence assault, with priors, in Camden Aug. 24, 2023, dismissed; assault in Camden Feb. 29, 2024, $300 fine; violating condition of release in Camden Oct. 1, 2023, dismissed; violating condition of release in Camden Oct. 21, 2023, $500 fine, all suspended.

Eric Scott Dyer, 45, of Cushing, domestic violence assault in Cushing Sept. 18, 2022, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Cushing Sept. 18, 2022, unconditional discharge.

Robert N. Emery Jr., 70, of Thomaston, burning prohibited material in Warren Jan. 6, 2024, $100 fine.

Joshua Forrest Tripp, 40, of Rockland, domestic violence assault and violating condition of release in Rockland May 6, 2023, 15 days in jail.

Jamie L. Thurman, 24, of Damariscotta, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Warren Oct. 29, 2023, $400 fine.

William H. Waas, 40, of Jay, eluding an officer, violating condition of release, motor vehicle speeding 30 miles over the speed limit, failing to stop for an officer, and theft by unauthorized use of property all in Hope Feb. 5, 2023, all guilty; driving to endanger in Hope Feb. 5, 2023, $575 fine.
