David James Adams, 51, of Portland, sea urchin less than minimum size in Spruce Head Feb. 27, 2023, $1,000 fine.
Mark Ames, 60, of Matinicus, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Thomaston June 7, 2022, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Thomaston June 7, 2022, $500 fine.
Anthony Bates, 60, of Rockland, probation violations on previous convictions of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, on March 13, 24, and 25, 2020, no sentence imposed.
Rico Baudanza, 26, of Thomaston, disorderly conduct and fighting in Rockland Aug. 2, 2023, $250 fine.
Bianca M. Brancella, 31, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston July 24, 2023, dismissed.
Chandler Breen, 33, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston July 24, 2023, dismissed.
Jon P. Clapp, 61, of Skowhegan, violating condition of release in Warren Oct. 23, 2022, dismissed.
Dustin Dean, 20, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) and operating vehicle without license, both in Rockland Aug. 5, 2021, both dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockland Oct. 5, 2021, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.
Aaron Fisher, 44, of Bowdoin, violating protection from abuse order in Friendship Oct. 17, 2022, 72 hours in jail.
Joshua R. Glidden, 38, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, in Rockland March 31, 2022, nine months in jail.
Shawn Hall, 45, of Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Thomaston Oct. 5, 2021, $400 fine; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in South Thomaston Oct. 5, 2021, $400 fine, all suspended.
Hendrix Hallowell, 24, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, in Rockland Aug. 29 and Sept. 27, 2023 in Rockland and Aug. 22, Aug. 26 and Sept. 5 in Thomaston with priors, three years in prison with all but 15 months suspended, probation two years, restitution $813.53; criminal mischief in Rockland Sept. 27, 2023, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland Aug. 26, Aug. 29, and Sept. 27, 2023, 90 days in jail.
Robert D. Hamilton, 43, of Cushing, operating while license suspended or revoked in Thomaston May 3, 2023, dismissed; attaching false plates in Rockland Sept. 9, 2023, dismissed.
Sherry Hart, 53, of Cushing, reckless conduct in Cushing Aug. 29, 2023, guilty.

Justin A. Luszczki, 39, of Rockland, attaching false plates in Rockland Sept. 8, 2023, seven days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal trespass, and violation condition of release all in Thomaston Aug. 6, 2023, seven days in jail.

Edward Vandyke III, 27, of South Thomaston, speeding more than 30 miles over the speed limit and violating condition of release both in South Thomaston March 26, 2023, $250 fine all suspended; driving to endanger in South Thomaston March 26, 2023, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.
