Hannah Carter, 24, of Friendship, assault on an officer, two counts, in Rockport July 16, 2021, both dismissed; operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, in Rockport July 16, 2021, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force and criminal mischief, both in Rockport July 16, 2021, $250 fine; assault, two counts, in Rockport July 16, 2021, $300 fine.

Wanda L. Chipman, 62, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, in Thomaston Oct. 30, 2022, dismissed.

Garrett Crabtree, 19, of Hope, operating while license suspended or revoked in Appleton Dec. 21, 2021, Rockland Jan. 3, 2022, Camden March 26, 2022, all dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked-operating under the influence in Appleton Jan. 2, 2022; violating a condition of release in Thomaston Nov. 25, 2022, dismissed.

Dennis W. Davis Jr., 51, of Spruce Head, attaching false plates in Rockland Aug. 26, 2023, $150 fine.

William S. Fraser, 30, of Austin, Texas, fishing without a valid license in Camden Aug. 11, 2023, $100 fine.
