Amy W. Atwood, 50, of Owls Head, trafficking in prison contraband in Warren Dec. 13, 2018, two years in jail with all but 45 days suspended, probation two years.

John J. Barrett, 52, of Rockland, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Rockland July 2, 2020, 364 days in jail with all but 21 days suspended, probation one year.

Marianne E. Bernadina, 46, of Camden, allowing dog to be at large in Camden Nov. 13, 2020, $100 fine.

John Bickford, 66, of Vinalhaven, violation of Menhaden Requirement, Chapter 41, on Vinalhaven Aug. 21, 2020, $150 fine.

Brendan D. Boutin, 18, of St. George, operating vehicle without license in Rockland Nov. 8, 2020, $150 fine.

Brandon Smith, 34, of Osterville, Mass, aggravated assault in Warren Dec. 5, 2017, 90 days in jail.

Zachary K. Starr, 24, of Thomaston, domestic violence assault in Thomaston Oct. 6, 2020, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation one year; obstructing report of a crime in Thomaston Oct. 6, 2020, $200 fine; criminal mischief and violating condition of release, both in Thomaston Oct. 6, 2020, $200 fine, $200 suspended; violating condition of release in Thomaston Oct. 6, 2020, dismissed.

Eric Waite, 51, of Camden, domestic violence terrorizing and domestic violence stalking, both with priors, in St. George June 22, 2020, three years in jail with all but nine months suspended, probation one year, six months. Waite was indicted by the Knox County grand jury in November 2020 on both charges.

Daniel T. Whalen, 48, of Rockland, failure to register vehicle in Rockland July 20, 2020, $100 fine.

John E. Wooster, 76, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland July 30, 2020, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
