Free Grab-n-Go Craft at Rockland Library: Pixel Art
ROCKLAND — Take the computer out of computer games by getting hands-on with your "crafting." Inspired by Minecraft March, visit the Rockland Public Library to pick up your bag of supplies.
Learn about pixels and how many dots can create an image by making your own paper Minecraft creeper. Then, use the pages provided to map out your own pixel designs to see what shapes, characters, or words you can make using "pixels."
This craft is free for all ages.
Take pictures of your creations and share them with the Library by sending them to Miss Katie at kdrago@rocklandmaine.gov.
