Diverse writing backgrounds, genres to exhibit at Rockland author fair
ROCKLAND — The Rockland Public Library has announced a diverse slate of Midcoast authors who will participate in its first local author fair, which will take place, Saturday, April 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Chosen from the many applications submitted, the authors are:
Laurie Apgar Chandler, Upwards: The Story of the First Women to Solo Thru Paddle the Northern Forest Canoe Trail
Diana Coleman, author of Women Going For It! Taking Risks After 50
Children’s author Kathleen Fox, Beowulf of Maine, Beowulf’s Kitten, and Can Animals Talk on Christmas Eve?
Non-fiction author Lee Heffner, Write to Finish: A Road Map to Publication
Hiker Tom Jamrog, In the Path of Young Bulls: An Odyssey on America’s Continental Divide Trail
Barbara Kent Lawrence, Islands of Time
Brooke Pacy, Vanishing Act
Mystery writer Gin Mackey, Disappear Our Dead
