CAMDEN — Lindsey Eaton, a member of the personal insurance team at Allen Insurance and Financial has been promoted to personal lines account executive. In addition, she recently achieved the designation of Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) from the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America.

"The ACSR designation shows our people are well-educated members of the insurance industry," said Scott Carlson, personal insurance supervisor, in a news release. "Lindsey is dedicated to improving her technical knowledge and enhancing her professionalism."

Eaton has been a member of the personal insurance team at Allen Insurance and Financial since April 2015. She joined the company in October 2014. Personal insurance includes home and auto insurance as well as personal liability coverage and insurance for boats, ATVs, snowmobiles, collectibles and more.  

The ACSR designation program was developed to recognize the contribution made to each customer by the service they are provided through independent insurance agencies such as Allen Insurance and Financial.
