Matthew McIver, 31, of Monroe, domestic violence assault in Thorndike March 8, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended and two years of probation; violating condition of release in Thorndike March 9, seven days in jail; theft by deception in Knox Sept. 19, seven days in jail; theft by receiving stolen property in Frankfort Dec. 25, 90 days in jail and $116.70 restitution .

Gregory T. Nolan, 42, of Northport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 12, dismissed.

Courtney Gibbs, 23, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 14, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Dec. 20, $600 fine.  

Troy Thomas Jr., 34, of Belfast, operating after habitual offender revocation in Swanville Aug. 5, nine months one day in prison and $1,000 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Waldo Nov. 13, nine months one day in prison and $1,000 fine; violation of condition of release in Waldo Nov. 13, six months in jail; burglary in Monroe Aug. 12, 2016, nine months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Monroe Sept. 12, nine months in jail and $1,000 restitution; violating conditions of release in Monroe Sept. 12, six months in jail; burglary in Waldo Sept. 29, nine months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Waldo Sept. 29, nine months in jail and $150 restitution; violating conditions of release in Waldo Sept. 29, six months in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Knox Nov. 8, nine months one day in jail and $1,000 fine; violating conditions of release in Knox Nov. 8, six months in jail; theft by receiving stolen property in Frankfort Dec. 13, six months in jail.

Ryan Drake, 38, of Troy, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast July 24, $300 fine; assault in Belfast July 24, dismissed.

Harley Davidson Gaudette, 21, of Brooks, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Troy Aug. 17, dismissed.

Allan Vangen, 74, of Frankfort, possession of hypodermic apparatuses in Searsport July 30, dismissed.

Greg Rossner, 65, of Northport, illegal importation of scheduled drugs in Northport Sept. 15, dismissed.

Dakota S. McAdam, 27, of Jackson, operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 18, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast Nov. 18, license suspended for 30 days and $750 fine.

Michael Soucy, 43, of Winterport, failure to appear after bailed in Belfast Sept. 15, 24 hours in jail.

Jonathan Mejia, 33, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast Dec. 20, three years in prison with all but 90 days suspended and two years of probation; criminal mischief in Belfast Dec. 20, 90 days in jail; obstructing the report of a crime in Belfast Dec. 20, 90 days in jail.

Robert H. Sabins, 52, of Eddington, domestic violence assault in Winterport Dec. 24, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Winterport Dec. 24, dismissed;  domestic violence assault in Winterport Jan. 13, 90 days in jail; violating conditions of release (two counts) in Winterport Jan. 13, 90 days in jail for each charge.

Amber Jerome, 35, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Northport Jan. 18, 18 months in prison with all but 30 days suspended, 18 months of probation, license suspended for six years and $1,100 fine; failure to register a vehicle in Northport Jan. 18, 48 hours in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Northport Jan. 18, 48 hours in jail and $250 fine.

Amanda Hendrickson, 31, of Hampden, endangering the welfare of a child in Northport Jan. 20, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Northport Jan. 20, 72 hours in jail.

Shawn Gerry, 49, of Northport, failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Northport Jan. 9, seven days in jail; failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Northport Jan. 9, dismissed.

Jessica C. Frates, 26, of Deer Isle, violating condition of release in Palermo Feb. 11, $250 fine.
