BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from June 2-8.

Corey Palmer, 36, of Freedom, operating under the influence in Freedom Nov. 8, 2015, 364 days in prison with all but 60 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years and $700 fine; operating vehicle without license (beyond conditions/restrictions) in Freedom Nov. 8, 2015, seven days in jail; violating conditions of release in Belfast Oct. 26, seven days in jail.

Melissa Tucker, 28, of Northport, endangering the welfare of a child (no health care) in Northport July 25, 180 days in jail with all suspended and one year of probation. 

Ly T. Ha, 44, of Frankfort, operating while license suspended or revoked in Winterport Dec. 22, dismissed. 

Donald P. Collette Jr., 32, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Lincolnville Dec. 23, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years and $700 fine. 

Darren K. Moulton, 51, of Searsport, assault in Searsport Jan. 30, dismissed.

Tommy A.W. Hewins, 32, of Burnham, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Burnham Nov. 21, $250 fine; assault in Burnham Nov. 21, dismissed. 

Christopher L. Bryant, 24, of Belmont, operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 1, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

Elizabeth Gould, 34, of Rockland, assault in Searsport Feb. 8, dismissed. 

Donald T. Trask, 43, of Winterport, harassment in Winterport Jan. 19, dismissed.

Joseph Neptune, 54, of Princeton, unlawful possession of an elver transaction card in Searsport March 29, 2016, $2,000 fine.
