BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Oct. 31 - Nov. 9. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Oct. 31
Corey L. Hall, 24, of Charleston, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Belmont Avenue.
Nov. 4
Brandon Robillard, 28, of Morrill, was issued summonses for operating without a license and attaching false plates.
Nov. 5
Darren K. Moulton, 51, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence and violating conditions of release on Swan Lake Avenue. Moulton was also issued a summons for operating after suspension.
Nov. 6
Billy J. Rancourt, 27, of Cushing, was issued summonses for possession of a usable amount of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Route 1.
Nov. 8
Charles B. Carnahan, 59, of Carrabassett, was issued a summons for speeding 49 mph in a 35 mph zone on Route 1.
Mathew T. Day, 25, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Belfast Variety.
Nov. 9
Anthony J. Holden, 35, of Detroit, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Congress Street.
Caitlin L. Carpenter, 29, of Lincolnville, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and operating under the influence on Back Belmont Road.
