BELFAST— The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Oct. 25-30. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Oct. 21 (late entry)
Trey Martin, 24, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Waldo Avenue.
Oct. 25
Stephanie Place, 29, of Morrill, was issued a summons for speeding 69 mph in a 55 mph zone on Belmont Avenue.
Oct. 26
Bryan C. Reimers, 35, of Belfast, was issued a summons for assault on Penobscot Terrace.
Corey D. Palmer, 35, of Freedom, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Court Street.
Bradley Williams, 61, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear.
Scott M. Philbrook, 43, of Swanville, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days) on Swan Lake Avenue.
Laura E. Merry, 24, of Beals, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Searsport Avenue.
Oct. 28
Robert B. Cyphers, 26, of Montville, was arrested for unpaid fines, violating conditions of release and operating after habitual offender revocation on Route 1.
Oct. 29
Byrlynne Ellis, 37, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Main Street.
