Waldo County Superior Court closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court Oct. 7-27.
Brandi J. Littlefield, 28, of Belfast, probation violation in Morrill Aug. 7, 2014, 56 days in jail, probation partially revoked and suspended.
Stephen F. Ivanusic Jr., 51, of Portland, probation violation in Searsmont July 1, 2014, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Roxanne J. Conroy, 27, of Brooks, probation violation in Troy July 30, 2012, probation partially revoked.
Charles N. Collins, 37, of Frankfort, theft by deception in Belfast Nov. 5, 2012, one year in prison with all suspended, one year of probation and $1,354 restitution.
Christopher Beeton, 28, of Warren, probation violation in Belmont Jan.. 17, 2014, four years in prison with all suspended, three years of probation and $2,044.93 restitution; probation violation in Belmont Jan. 17, 2014, three years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation and $2,044.93 restitution.
Candy S. Duprey, 28, of Unity, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity Dec. 17, 2013, seven days in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Unity Jan. 6, 2014, seven days in jail and $400 fine.
April L. Snow, 26, of Palermo, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Palermo Feb. 6, 2014, seven days in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Palermo (two charges, dates: Jan. 27, 2014 and Feb. 6, 2014), both charges dismissed.
Jerry Conary, 22, of Brewer, probation violation in Searsport June 5, 2014, six days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
