Belfast Police beat: speeding, inspection violations
BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Sept. 16-29. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Aug. 29 (late entry)
Connor M. Pillsbury, 23, of Fairfield, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on Waldo Avenue.
Sept. 3 (late entry)
Jonathan G. Ripley, 23, of Searsport, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Back Searsport Road.
Sept. 10 (late entry)
Devin L. Colby-McIntire, 19, of Swanville, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Main Street.
Sept. 16
Karl S. Crute Jr., 43, of Belmont, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and inadequate tires (four) on Route 1.
Sept. 23
Randy S. Elwell, 19, of Belfast, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance and unnecessary acceleration on High Street.
Sept. 24
N.Z. Finkelstein, 58, of New York, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph over posted limit 67 mph in a 35 mph zone) on Route 1.
Sept. 25
Aaron Cunningham, 37, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a protective order and violation of condition of release on Congress Street.
Sept. 27
Edwin G. Littlefield, 43, of Belmont, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Belmont Avenue.
Sept. 28
Heather L. Leach, 38, of Waldo, was issued a summons for speeding 54 mph in a 40 mph zone on Waterville Road.
