BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Sept. 3-11. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Aug. 29 (late entry)

Tyler Kendall, 19, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Avenue. 

Daniel N. Norman, 39, of Pensacola, Fla., was issued a summons for speeding 43 mph in a 25 mph zone on High Street.

Sept. 3

Dean E. Willis Jr., 70, of Whitman, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Route 1.

Jason D. Trefethen, 38, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on High Street. 

Sept. 4

Conor F. Winchenbach, 20, of Rockport, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Swan Lake Avenue.

Sept. 6

Gerald R. Spaulding, 69, of Schoharie, N.Y., was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1. 

Sept. 7

Byrlynne Ellis, 37, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release and disorderly conduct on Maine Street. 

Sept. 9 

Robert O. Norwood, 62, of Unity, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle on Belmont Avenue. 

Sept. 10

Nicole D. Klum, 29, of Swanville, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer  on High Street. 

Devin S. Sprague, 26, of Swanville, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on High Street.
