BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from May 13-31.

Trey L. Harford, 24, of Swanville, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast (two charges, dates: May 21, 2015 and May 2, 2015), six months in jail and $1,000 fine for each charge; violating conditions of release in Waldo Jan. 28, seven days in jail.  

Tyler Gelo, 24, of Searsmont, operating while suspended or revoked in Unity Feb. 16, 2015, dismissed.

Madeline Fletcher, 41, of Verona, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 10, 2015, 48 hours in jail and $600 restitution; forgery in Belfast March 10, 2015, dismissed.

Harley L. Wyman III, 30, of Skowhegan, burglary in Belfast April 29, 2014, two years in prison with all suspended,one year of probation and $1,000 restitution.

Hannah Tirrell, 19, of Liberty, false public alarm or report in Thorndike Jan. 4, dismissed.

Aaron Krupka, 42, of Belfast, refusing to sign a summons in Belfast April 18, dismissed.

Harry Ward, 65, of Detroit, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity March 3, dismissed.

William A. McLellan, 29, of Kingston, N.H., disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Winterport June 23, dismissed.

Elton S. Thornhill, 43, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Aug. 15,  seven days in jail, license suspended for one year and $600 fine.

Zachary J. Bennett, 28, of Knox, violation of privacy in Belfast July 17,  dismissed.

Olivia Carpenter, 20, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized use of property in Troy Aug. 24, dismissed.

Amanda Lynn Thomas, 29, of Waldo, burglary in Belfast Dec. 14, dismissed; assault in Belfast Dec. 14, seven days in jail and $300 fine criminal mischief in Belfast Dec. 14, dismissed; attaching false plates in Belfast Dec. 14, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Dec. 14, 48 hours in jail and $250 fine.

Robin Randall, 54, of Plymouth, aggravated assault in Troy Jan. 13, dismissed.

Linsey Brockelbank, 31, of Searsmont, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsmont Dec. 14, three years in prison with all but four months suspended, three years of probation and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsmont Dec. 16, four months in prison and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsmont Dec. 16, dismissed; violating condition of release in Searsmont April 12, 48 hours in jail.

Shane T. Preston, 36, of Belfast, negotiating a worthless instrument in Belfast Jan. 22, four months in jail; theft by deception in Belfast Jan. 22, dismissed.

Jared R. Prisco, 25, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Swanville Feb. 21, 72 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; driving to endanger in Swanville Feb. 21, dismissed; violating condition of release in Seasport March 19, 48 hours in jail.

Luke J. Cote, 35, of Montville, operating under the influence in Belfast March 17, seven days in jail, license suspended for three years and $800 fine; operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast March 17, dismissed.

Brandon Dodge, 27, of Belmont, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belmont March 24, $500 fine; domestic violence assault in Belmont March 24, dismissed.

Cannino, 26, of Trenton, operating under the influence in Belfast April 9, seven days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $700 fine; operating a vehicle without license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast April 9, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast April 9, $400 fine.

Joshua Rodriguez, 23, of Bangor, theft by unauthorized use of property in Searsport April 11, 48 hours in jail; operating under the influence in Searsport April 11, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating a vehicle without license in Searsport April 11, 48 hours in jail.

Harold D. Duprey, 31, of Unity, use of drug paraphernalia in Unity March 1, $300 fine.

Dillon R. Smith, 22, of Waldo, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Palermo Feb. 21, $350 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Palermo Feb. 21, dismissed.

Justin Philbrook, 23, of Swanville, operating an ATV on the land of another without permission in Swanville April 17, $100 fine.

Michael R. Baker, 27, of Montville, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo March 23, 2015, seven years in prison with all but four years suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast March 24, four years in prison and $400 fine; failing to report in Montville March 11, 30 days in prison; violating condition of releasse in Montville March 11, 10 days in prison.
