Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Feb. 26 - March 4. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Feb. 26
Russell Lancaster, 51, of Hudson, was issued summonses for operating after suspension, attaching false plates, failure to provide proof of insurance, and an inspection sticker violation on High Street.
Wendy L. Grotton, 32, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to pay fines (two charges), and issued summonses for theft, forgery, and burglary on Church Street, stemming from an incident Jan. 7.
March 2
Ronald L. Provencher, 45, of Prospect, was arrested domestic violence assault on Ryan Road and operating under the influence on Route 1 in Searsport.
Scott A. Hall, 28, of Belfast, was issued a summons for assault on East Avenue.
