Waldo County Superior Court closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court Feb. 12-25.
David Barton, 55, of Liberty, probation violation in Liberty Dec. 24, 2014, nine months in jail and probation revoked.
Scott A. Gallant, 37, of Islesboro, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast June 17, 2014, $400 fine; unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast June 17, 2014, dismissed.
Jason A. Jones,33, of Bronx, N.Y., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport Jan. 26, 2015, $400 fine.
Dawn R. Light, 32, of Benton, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Jan. 10, 2014, dismissed; unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast Jan. 20, 2014, 60 days in jail, $400 fine and $240 fine.
James I. Olofson, 36, of Searsmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Swanville Feb. 2, 2014, 60 days in jail.
Joshua Paradis, 36, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast Feb. 27, 2014, $300 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 27, 2014, dismissed; burglary in Belfast June 27, 2014, dismissed.
Branden Ricker, 37, of Jackson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Brooks May 13, 2013, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Hope Ronco, 38, of Newburgh, probation violation in Winterport Jan. 30, 2011, probation partially revoked and continued.
Leslie E. Woodbury, 47, of Burnham, possessing sexually explicit material of a minor under age 12 in Burnhamm March 21, 2013, three years in prison with all but three months suspended and two years of probation.
