Karen Cunningham, 46, of Winterport, criminal trespass in Winterport Sept. 24, 2014, $500 fine; reckless conduct in Winterport Sept. 24, 2014, dismissed.

Candice Elwell, 38, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast July 12, 2014, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast July 12, 2014, $500 fine.

Michael Gagnon, 48, of Winslow, gross sexual assault in Bangor March 14, 2014, dismissed; assault in Bangor March 14, 2014, 364 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended, one year of probation and $300 fine; gross sexual assault in Winslow Feb. 1, 2014, dismissed; assault in Winslow Feb. 1, 2014, 60 days in jail and $300 fine.

Andrew Herrick Sr., 52, of Stockton Springs, criminal threatening in Belfast Nov. 30, 2014, 364 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended and one year of probation.

Kelly C. Hynd, 46, of Cushing, driving to endanger in Belfast June 11, 2014, 15 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $575 fine.

Donald J. Knowlton, 24, of Searsport, probation violation in Belfast June 15, 2014, 251 days in jail and probation revoked.

Ryan C. Lefebvre, 28, of Brooks, probation violation in Liberty June 27, 2011, probation partially revoked.

Ethan Sargent, 23, of Unity, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Aug. 12, 2013, $250 fine; criminal trespass in Waldo Aug. 12, 2013, $250 fine; burglary in Unity Aug. 12 2013, dismissed.

Devin T. Trull, 23, of Unity, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Unity Aug. 12, 2013, $250 fine; criminal trespass in Waldo Aug. 12, 2013, $250 fine; burglary in Unity Aug. 12 2013, dismissed.

Lorraine G. Walker, 69, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Nov. 10, 2011, $250 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 1, 2011, dismissed.

Kyle K. White, 23, of Searsmont, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast March 11, nine months in jail and $400 fine.

John M. Williams, 21, of Portland, sexual exploitation of a minor in Belfast May 30, 2014, dismissed.
