BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Jan. 16-25. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Jan. 13 (late entry)
Tanya L. Roberts, 52, of Swanville, was issued a summons for failure to notify the owner of a property damage accident on Robbins Road.
Jan. 16
Ira H. Bailey, 33, of Northport, was issued a summons for refusing to sign a uniform summons, and complaint at Waldo County General Hospital.
Jan. 21
Mason P. Hurd, 21, of Belfast, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance, and unauthorized use of amber lights on Belmont Avenue.
Jan. 22
Monica S. Yeaton, 58, of Searsport, was issued a summons for imprudent speed on Swanville Avenue.
Emmy Joe Paquette, 32, of Belfast, was arrested for unpaid fines.
Jan. 23
Richard A. Bagley, 42, of Swanville, was arrested for operating under the influence, and issued a summons for speeding 54 mph in a 40 mph zone on Waterville Road.
Jan. 25
Natasha Norwood, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons for illegal possession of liquor by a minor (via consumption) at Fireside Inn.
Levi M. Carroll, 28, of Swanville, was arrested for unpaid fines, and failure to appear.
Robert Struba, 66, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to yield at a stop sign on Northport Avenue.
Joshua W. Gross, 41, of Belfast, was arrested for unpaid fines.
Nicholas R. Runco, 38, of Hampden, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route.
