BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Dec. 31 - Jan. 4. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Dec. 15 (late entry)
Damian A. Bucklin, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Renys, stemming from an incident Oct. 6.
Dec. 31
Matthew Robbins, 28, of Lincolnville, was arrested for failure to appear and issued summonses for operating after suspension, operating without a license (beyond condition/restriction), violating conditions of release and possession of a suspended driver’s license on Belmont Avenue.
Jan. 1
Aaron Cunningham, 37, of Waldo, was arrested for disorderly conduct, assault, criminal threatening, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Main Street.
Michael Ripley, 25, of Belfast, was arrested for assault, violating conditions of release, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Piper Stream Lane.
Koren Bailey, 64, of Belfast, was issued a summons for having a dog at large on High Field Lane.
Jan. 2
Aaron M. Krupka, 42, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Patten Pit Road.
Jan. 3
Andrew G. Merrifield, 24, of Belmont, was arrested for operating under the influence on Belmont Avenue.
Victor Amaro, 34, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating without a license on Pitcher Road.
