Waldo County Superior Court closed cases
BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court Dec. 11-17.
Elizabeth A. Brown, 26, of Searsport, probation violation in Belfast Sept. 5, 2012, 150 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Daniel G. Danforth II, 37, of Swanville, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Swanville Nov. 18, 2013, two years in prison with all but six month suspended, two years of probation and $1,000 fine.
Dean W. Frost, 50, of Anson, domestic violence criminal threatening in Swanville Oct. 14, 2014, eight months in jail with all but 60 days suspended and one year of probation; domestic violence criminal threatening in Swanville Oct. 14, 2014, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Swanville Oct. 14, 2014, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Swanville Oct. 14, 2014, dismissed.
Sarah A. Fuller, 31, of Monroe, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 5, 2013, two years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation and $5,289.17 in restitution.
Stephen F. Ivanusic Jr., 50, of Belfast, probation violation in Searsmont July 1, 2014, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
William G. Mattingly, 33, of Troy, probation violation in Troy June 10, 2009, six days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.
Derrick E. Roberts, 26, of Swanville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Swanville (three counts, dates: Oct. 13, 2014, Oct. 15, 2014, and Oct.17, 2014), 90 days in jail for each count; burglary in Swanville Oct 13, 2014, three years in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation and $6,347 in restitution; burglary in Swanville Oct. 17, 2014, 90 days in jail.
